About the Chef
Chef Alton “G” is a seasoned culinary professional chef with deep roots in the vibrant island of Jamaica and community. With a deep passion for health and nutrition, he is widely known and recognized for crafting creative, flavorful dishes that celebrate both tradition and innovation.
After migrating to the United States over three decades ago, Chef Alton continued to pursue his culinary passion, furthering his expertise through professional training and education in the culinary and hospitality fields. His dedication to his craft is evident in every dish he creates. He continually refines and elevates his family’s cherished island recipes.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Alton enjoys staying active through working out and cycling…but his true joy remains in cooking, where his creativity and passion come fully to life!!!
